About the job

As an assembler at SÄVE Hyrmaskiner, you will work on construction sites around the region with the assembly, relocation, and disassembly of our machines — primarily construction hoists and climbing platforms.

The work is almost always done on-site together with a colleague.

Most jobs last 1–2 days, which means you will regularly visit new workplaces and environments.

You will, among other things:

• Assemble and disassemble construction hoists and climbing platforms
• Move and adjust machines on construction sites
• Have daily contact with the client’s management
• Hand over machines after approved inspection
• Document your work (photos, time reports, and work orders)

You will be the company's face on the job site — you are often the person the client meets the most.

Workday & hours

The day usually starts at 07:00 at the depot.

The work takes place on projects and may sometimes involve:

• Early mornings
• Late afternoons
• Travel to other locations with overnight stays (with good notice)

This is not a 07:00–15:30 job every day — but it is a varied job for those who like to be active.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical and physical work and can take responsibility on-site without someone standing next to you all the time.

You do not need to know our machines today — we will train you.

The important thing is your attitude.

• Have a strong safety mindset
• Can communicate with clients professionally
• Enjoy collaborating but can also make decisions independently

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to document work digitally
• Physical ability to work outdoors year-round

Meritorious:

• Experience in construction, assembly, scaffolding, industry, or service work
• Lift training, fall protection, or work at heights
• Familiarity with construction sites (ID06)
